Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
    • Includes basic tracking

International Customers: We ship globally (excluding some Asian and remote regions). Please note that customs fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every fabric you purchase from our collection of awning fabrics, cotton jerseys, home textiles, and more. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow our simple process.

Eligibility

You may return or exchange most fabric purchases within 15 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, in original condition with all tags attached
  • The original packaging is intact
  • You have the original receipt or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their specialty nature, these items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Cut fabric (sold by the yard/meter)
  • Custom-ordered or made-to-measure textiles
  • Boil-proof fabrics that have been tested
  • Clearance or final sale items

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us:

    Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:

    • Subject line: “Return/Exchange Request”
    • Your order number
    • Item(s) for return/exchange
    • Reason for return
    • Refund or exchange preference
  2. Wait for Approval:

    We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.

  3. Package Your Return:

    Include the unused fabric in original packaging with your order confirmation. Clearly write the RMA number on the package exterior.

  4. Ship Your Return:

    Note: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Information

Once received, we inspect returns and process within 5 business days:

  • Credit Card/PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing (timing depends on your financial institution)
  • Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

For exchanges, we ship your new fabric after receiving the return. Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged fabric or incorrect items:

  1. Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos
  2. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost
  3. In some cases, we may ask you to return the item using a prepaid label

International Returns: Mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees. We recommend trackable shipping. Original shipping costs cannot be refunded for international orders.
