At Weave World Shop, we take pride in offering premium fabrics to our global community of designers, decorators, and textile enthusiasts. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our quality materials, from Alcantara to classic denim jeans fabrics. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange most fabric purchases within 15 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached
  • The original packaging is intact
  • You have the original receipt or order confirmation
Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of certain specialty fabrics, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Cut fabric (sold by the yard/meter)
  • Custom-ordered or made-to-measure textiles
  • Boil-proof fabrics that have been tested
  • Clearance or final sale items

Return & Exchange Process

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include:
    • Your order number
    • The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
    • Reason for return/exchange
    • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  3. Package Your Return: Securely pack the unused fabric in its original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation and write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our headquarters at:

    Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

  5. Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect your return and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:

  • Credit Card/PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing (timing depends on your financial institution)
  • Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

For exchanges, we’ll ship your new fabric once the return is received. If the exchange item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Original shipping costs cannot be refunded for international orders

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged fabric or incorrect items:

  1. Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue
  2. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
  3. In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged item using a prepaid shipping label
